What is the Sholarship Gala?

The Gala is an annual scholarship awards ceremony that honors some of Bell’s most gifted college bound students. The event also spotlights corporations, foundations and individuals who have made significant contributions to our school community. Attendees can expect to see live entertainment, a silent auction and dancing.

What is the dress code for the Gala?

The dress code is business attire, which includes suits and blazers for men, and suits, dresses and skirts for women.

What types of activities are there at the Gala?

The Gala features a reception, Silent Auction, dinner, awards ceremony, and entertainment

Who attends the Gala?

Three hundred guests from area corporations, business, politicians and educators students and parents.

May I just give a donation?


Yes, because the school has a 501(c)(3) nonprofit your donation will be tax deductible. Click here to review our support categories.

How may I purchase tickets for the event?

How do you get to the World Bank?

The World Bank is within walking distance from the Farragut West station on the Orange line.

How many students receive scholarships at the Gala?

About 35, the amount of funds raised determines the number of scholarships awarded.
